Sadd's schedule is built from your prayer times, not a timer you set. Ten minutes before each salah the apps you chose seal themselves, and inside that window there is no bypass at all.
Outside a prayer window you can still get in, but not for free. Sixty honest characters, in your own words, then one to fifteen minutes. Or turn back and stay disciplined.

Muslim apps have a record on this. Two of the largest were caught sending users' locations to brokers who sold on to the U.S. military and to ICE. In a study of 175 Muslim apps, 96% asked for device identifiers. We built Sadd assuming you had read those stories.
The intention you type before opening a sealed app is saved on your device, not our servers. Your circle sees that you wrote one; nobody, including us, sees what it said. Backing it up is a switch you turn on, off by default, deleted after ninety days.
No IDFA, no IDFV, no Android Advertising ID, no device ID. No advertising, attribution, or analytics SDK anywhere in either app. There is nothing here to sell, because we never collected it.
Which apps you sealed never leaves your phone. On iPhone the system hands us opaque tokens we couldn't read if we wanted to. On Android we can read them and don't; there is no column in our database that could hold them.
Prayer times and qibla are computed on your phone. Mosque Mode is watched by your operating system, not by us. We deleted the database columns that could have stored a coordinate, so it can't quietly change.
Most apps fetch Qur'ān text and audio straight from third-party servers, handing them your IP address and the exact āyah. Sadd relays every request through its own, so those providers never learn what any individual is reading.
